MHS Alum Lindsey Leaving Mark on Presbyterian Lacrosse

Lacrosse wasn’t Amanda Lindsey’s first love, but it’s the sport that she has made her own. A multi-sport star from McIntosh, Lindsey is embarking on her senior season playing lacrosse for the Presbyterian College Blue Hose. The senior midfielder has started in all 51 matches she played in her first three years with the program, racking up 98 ground balls and 41 caused turnovers. She’s keeping up her strong pace through the first 10 games of the 2017 season, adding another 17 ground balls and 6 turnovers. S

US Lacrosse National Tournament Tryouts

With nearly 70 teams from across the country competing annually, the National Tournament has been become one of the nation's marquee college recruiting events. The event is open to all high school aged players, but players must try out for regional teams in order to participate.  The event runs from May 27-28, 2017 in New Haven CT.
